GBRS GROUP ASSAULTER BELT SYSTEM V3:

The GBRS Group Assaulter Belt utilizes a 2 belt system to create a lightweight, flexible yet rigid and stable platform to attach equipment, holsters, and accessories. This is done by using Type 13, 1-23/32” belt webbing (7000 lbs tensile strength) as the base, with a field of PALS webbing, laser cut from a semi-rigid woven thermo-polymer (patent pending). This ensures that your equipment is always secured to something rigid while allowing the belt to remain lightweight and comfortable. To round it off, we double “W” stitch the webbing to a load-rated, 1.75” AustriAlpin Cobra buckle with a D-ring for attaching helo lanyards and other equipment. The outer belt has an inner facing of “loop” style Velcro, to attach to a low profile “hook” inner belt. We did this because hooks should never be worn towards the body, especially in such a high-wear area (belt line).

The inner belt system consists of a low profile “hook” inner belt with a single layer of 1.5" scuba webbing. This results in a system that doubles as a non-metallic EDC belt and is a comfortable and convenient way to cover the abrasive hook portion of the inner belt when flipped inside out. The single layer of scuba webbing allows for a rigid surface for IWB holsters to secure firmly.

TRUE NORTH CONCEPTS MODULAR HOLSTER ADAPTER (MHA):

The True North Concepts Modular Holster Adaptor (MHA) is designed to eliminate the unwanted movement, flex and sliding common to factory polymer belt adaptors by clamping the belt between an aluminum adapter and aluminum belt bars. This clamping force in conjunction with the material, 0.190″ thick domestically produced 6061-T6 Aluminum, creates a ridged, flex free platform for holsters.

The MHA supports the popular “Mid-ride” mode of carry to lower the pistol below the shooters belt line, allowing their holster system to clear body armor and pouches. This adapter fits all “three-hole” pattern Safariland™ type holsters, and other brands of holsters that use this proven method of attachment. It also supports the use of many commonly used quick detach holster systems such as the QLS, MLS, ELS, and others. Holsters mounted to the Modular Holster Adaptor will accommodate 10° of forward cant and 10° of negative cant for a total range of 20° degrees. The adaptor provides three height mounting points, set 1/2″ apart, descending from the top mid-ride mounting point. This allows the user to custom configure their holster’s cant and height based off personal preference and body size/type.

RIGIDITY:

The adaptor includes two belt mounting bars which are sized and spaced for use on MOLLE type battle belts, by threading each bar through the belts PALS webbing. This application works extremely well on the current narrow, minimalist type battle belts used throughout SOCOM and other communities, such as those belts from GBRS Group, Blue Force Gear, AXL, Ronin and Tyr Tactical. Alternatively, these mounting bars can also be directly bolted onto any standard trouser belt or gun belt up to 2 ¼”wide. When properly installed on your gun belt, the adaptor will not move. All unwanted movement, slipping and sliding of the holster system has been removed from your system by adding a MHA. The Modular Holster Adaptor also includes top mounting points for using a wide array of popular quick release belt mounts such as the Tek-Lok™ and polymer MOLLE type hardware, such as the MALICE clip. Each Modular Holster Adaptor comes with a complete hardware kit of various sized screws, posts, spacers and threadlocker for mounting. Note: Please confirm placement of your holster and location on your belt, and once satisfied with the configuration, USE THE INCLUDED THREADLOCKER on all screws to ensure everything stays put. Extended travel in aircraft produces vibration known to back out screws on weapons, the MHA is no different. USE THE INCLUDED THREADLOCKER, especially if you are in the profession of arms.

GBRS GROUP LEG STRAP KIT:

The GBRS Group Leg Strap, along with the GBRS Group Leg Strap Screw Kit (included), attaches directly onto the True North Concepts MHA (and most other drop-down holster adapters) and, for the first time in the history of holsters, allows the shooter to choose the height where the leg strap sits. The GBRS leg strap features a unique design that eliminates the need for an external bracket. The MHA attaches directly to the Tegris reinforcement, which is seamlessly integrated into the strap's construction. Finally, the shooter can choose the best position for their individual body size and comfort, custom tailoring their setup to their specific needs. Each GBRS Leg strap is made with Tegris, squadron laminate, adjustable 1” latch ladderloc buckle, 1” triglide, and poly elastic. The minimalistic leg strap provides a generous amount of flexibility, and it is recommended that the user try out several height adjustments to see which is most ideal before securing.
